Cross-Tab provides support teams to media monitoring companies to analyze the impact of media activities of corporations on their corporate image. Generally, the metrics include the volume of articles, impressions, and share of voice and tonality on content.

Cross-Tab teams examine hundreds of articles pulled from sources like Factiva, LexisNexis, and Reuters tagging key messages that are similar to the client-defined message in each article and rate each article for tonality for various companies in the defined set. Thereafter, reports are generated based on these ratings to understand the standing of various companies.

Qualitative Research Analysis

Cross-Tab qualitative research teams support clients in preparing PowerPoint/Word reports based on transcripts or audio recordings for in-depths/triads/focus group discussions. Working with research objectives, design, and transcripts Cross-Tab teams prepare ready-to-use findings reports utilized by client research teams to add insights and conclusions. Teams are briefed in detail separately on client standards and reporting styles before they start the work to ensure deliveries per client expectations.
