While reading a 2007 “Gainsharing” blog, I came across information that is still relevant for market research outsourcing today.

No dictionary definition of Gainsharing exists; however, it is broadly agreed that the objective of gainsharing is to create value out of the box. Gainsharing, according to the blog, refers to the rewards ($) earned by a service provider for creating value ($) for a client under terms agreed to in advance and which directly derive from the expertise and acumen of the provider.

Terry has also worked at WebEx Communications as a market research manager and at Survey.com as senior director of research & operations.

Terry holds a BA in Psychology from Mansfield University in PA, an MS in Education from Alfred University in NY, and has pursued doctoral studies in Human Development from the Warner School of Education at the University of Rochester in NY.
